A spacious three-storey home from home in Hetton-le-Hole — sleeps 6 with two king bedrooms, one double, and private parking. Beautifully furnished and redecorated to our high standard, complete with an enclosed garden, TVs in all bedrooms and three washrooms (two bathrooms and a downstairs WC). Ideal for families, contractors and groups needing space, comfort, and easy access to Sunderland, Durham and Newcastle.

About this home

Welcome to your home away from home — a beautifully styled, three-storey property in Hetton-le-Hole designed for comfort, space and practicality. Whether you’re here for work, visiting family or enjoying a well-earned break, this house has everything you need to unwind.

Spread across three levels, the layout gives everyone their own space. Two bedrooms feature king-size beds, while the third offers a double. All are dressed with crisp bedding and plush pillows, and each has its own TV with Roku sticks. The green double room also includes a dedicated work area with a wide desk, shelving and chair — ideal for contractors or WFH days.

The top floor master comes with an en-suite shower room, while the main bathroom on the first floor has a bath. There’s also a convenient downstairs WC.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and dining, complete with a stylish glass table and French doors leading to the enclosed rear garden.

Outside, you’ll find a fully enclosed rear garden with approximately 6ft fencing — ideal for relaxing outdoors and perfect for guests travelling with dogs. We proudly welcome dogs of all breeds and know how important safe, secure outdoor space can be when travelling with them.

The lounge is a cosy space to unwind after a busy day, finished with warm tones, soft lighting and a large corner sofa perfect for movie nights or long stays.

Out front, you have two driveway spots providing free off-street parking for two vehicles, and Aldi is conveniently located right at the entrance to the estate.

Located within a desirable modern development, you’ll have easy access to the A690 and A19, making Sunderland, Durham and Newcastle all within a short drive. Dalton Park is just 9 minutes away, with shops, restaurants, cafés, a cinema and family attractions, while Rainton Arena is around 10 minutes away.

Like all of our homes, this property offers more than just a place to stay — it’s designed to feel comfortable, welcoming and genuinely lived in. House Rules

  • Please respect our home and neighbours during your stay.
  • Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the property.
  • Quiet hours are between 10pm – 8am.
  • No unauthorised parties/events or unregistered guests permitted.
  • Please keep the house clean and tidy and report any damages to us as soon as possible.
  • Dogs are very welcome 🐾 Please clean up after them in the garden, use throws if they like the furniture, and avoid leaving them unattended if they may become anxious or destructive. Additional cleaning charges may apply in extreme cases.
  • Up to 2 cars can fit on our driveway, guests must not use our neighbours driveway space.

How to book

Use the calendar to check availability and send your booking request. If a date is green, bold and underlined, it’s available to book.

We have a minimum 7-night stay. Once you’ve chosen your dates, fill in your details and submit your booking request. We’ll review it within 24 hours, confirm availability, and send you the details to pay your deposit.

A 20% deposit is payable within 24 hours to secure your dates, with the remaining balance due 4 weeks before arrival.

Prefer to spread your payments out a little more? Absolutely fine — simply let us know at the point of booking and we’ll happily arrange a payment plan across up to 3 months where possible.

A £100 breakage deposit is payable 2 days before arrival and will be refunded after checkout once housekeeping has confirmed everything is A-OK.

For longer stays, feel free to get in touch with your preferred dates to discuss our rates. We offer a 30% discount on stays of 30+ nights on our booking calendar, with additional discounts potentially available depending on length of stay and availability.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in. If cancelled less than 30 days before arrival, payments are non-refundable. The £100 breakage deposit is fully refundable after checkout, subject to housekeeping approval.
