“Absolutely wonderful home in a peaceful location that is close enough to Newcastle & Beamish. Kim was very responsive to all communication and even let us know that we'd be able to check in 4 hours early. Provided lots of helpful information about local places to eat or visit. hot tub was brilliant in the cold weather, shame we didn't get to use the full garden due to the weather. Teenagers loved having their own rooms/bathroom and with access to streaming apps on the TVs, they have already asked to come back in the summer months. It definitely beat staying in a hotel, like a home from home.”

“We stayed here as 6 adults and 6 children (aged 4-12 years). The space was ideal as the kids essentially had their own wing, communal areas were spacious enough for all of us to comfortably sit in. Had everything we could have needed i.e. kitchen items etc. Everyone loved how quirky the house was and the kids loved finding the weird and wonderful decor items and hidden mice. Was such a fun place to stay and ideal for travelling to Alnwick Castle and other tourist attractions. We would definitely return- the kids are working out what next big event needs celebrated so we can come back.”
