This is more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience, designed to bring people together in a setting that is both luxurious and full of personality. Every corner of this home has been thoughtfully curated, from its ornate ceilings and grand fireplaces to its quirky, social spaces.
With lavish living areas, uniquely styled bedrooms, and a playful yet opulent atmosphere, Greystonedale is perfect for families, friends, and special occasions. Whether you’re gathering around the disco-lit kitchen, unwinding by the fireplace in the snug, playing games in the garden, or enjoying a meal in the elegant dining room, this mansion invites you to switch off, reconnect, and indulge in something truly special.
The Living Spaces
The main living room is grand yet inviting, designed for comfort and conversation. Two luxurious Chesterfield sofas offer the perfect spot to relax, surrounded by intricate period details and an ornate marble fireplace that makes this space as warm as it is breathtaking. There’s no TV here—just a room designed for quality time, great company, and unforgettable moments.
The dining room is a true showpiece, blending elegant décor with a welcoming atmosphere. Whether it’s a special occasion or a relaxed meal with friends and family, this space makes every meal feel like a celebration.
The kitchen is where historic charm meets playful fun. A professionally fitted disco ball, a jukebox, and gold leaf tile splashbacks create a space that’s far more than just for cooking. Fully equipped with modern appliances, it’s as much a place to dance, laugh, and enjoy the moment as it is to prepare a meal.
A cosy snug offers a quiet retreat, perfect for reading, writing, or enjoying a moment of calm with a cup of coffee. Meanwhile, the snug and playroom, the only room in the house with a TV, provides the ideal space for games, movies, and winding down after a day of adventure.
For those who love a little competition, Greystonedale has plenty to keep you entertained. From giant garden games like Jenga and chess, offering hours of fun for all ages, to a dartboard if you're ready for a friendly challenge, and with a pool table and table tennis coming soon, there will be even more ways to bring everyone together.
The Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Greystonedale Mansion offers five beautifully designed bedrooms, each with its own distinct character.
In the main house, the Mustard Bedroom is bold and stylish, featuring a king-size bed and a single fold-out bed, making it perfect for families or friends. The Gothic Room is rich in dark, moody tones, creating a dramatic and inviting retreat with its king-size bed. The Oriental Room is an elegant and grand space, featuring a stunning four-poster king-size bed that makes it feel like something out of a period drama. The two bathrooms in the main house offer a mix of classic luxury and modern touches, with a freestanding roll-top bath in one and a walk-in shower with a striking peacock feature wall in the other.
In the annex, the Mouse Bedroom is a charming twin room with two single beds, perfect for children or friends. The Frida Bedroom, the largest in the house, features a king-size bed and a triple bunk, making it an ideal space for groups. The annex also has two bathrooms, including a shower-over-bath and an ensuite, offering comfort and convenience for larger groups.
Outdoor Spaces
The mansion is set within beautiful enclosed grounds, perfect for families, children, and dogs. Whether you’re relaxing with a coffee in the morning, challenging friends to a game of giant chess, or enjoying a drink as the sun sets, the garden offers a peaceful escape from the outside world.
